We tried agencies before. What is different here?
Most agencies own your marketing while somebody else owns your systems — and the sale dies in the gap between them: the quote that took a week, the follow-up that never happened, the payment that bounced. We put both in the same hands. And instead of a catalog, the work is organized around the three moments where buyers actually lose you: getting found, getting quoted, getting hired.
Why is the Diagnostic paid?
Because it is the plan, not a sales call. It produces the two numbers every decision here stands on — what standing still costs you, and what fixing it costs — calculated in your own data, plus the order in which things get fixed. It is senior work, and it is priced like it. And 100% of it is credited against the fix if you move within 90 days: act on the plan, and the plan ends up costing you nothing extra.
What is the difference between the Express Scan and the Diagnostic?
The Scan is a machine: it checks your domain and paints a colour map — where you are green, amber or red on being found, quoted and hired. The Diagnostic is senior work on top of your real data: it puts a monthly figure on the red, tells you what it is costing you, and hands you the fix-first plan. Colours tell you where to look. Numbers tell you what to do.
Do you take responsibility for our sales?
We don't sell closing. We sell making closing easy. Every deliverable is a system — it exists or it doesn't, and you can verify it yourself. What we will do, inside the Diagnostic, is evaluate whether your operation can close what would come in: how fast requests get answered, who follows up, what happens when an oversized account lands. And if the process isn't ready, we design and build it. We build the process; we don't answer for your close rate — and we never charge a percentage on a result we have declared out of scope.
How long until we see real results?
Depends on the verb. Software ships in weeks — the 900-file system in our cases was in production within a month. Paid media reports from week one. Positions in Google and in AI answers are built: our best-documented climb to #1 took 14 months — which is exactly why that work runs on a retainer. A position is held, or it is lost.
How do you price?
Every proposal leads with the two numbers, in that order: what standing still costs you, then our price. We state the total commitment with its term — never a lonely monthly fee. Revision rounds and requests come with caps included, not billed per event. And no percentage on results declared out of scope.
Is SWM the right fit for our company?
Our sweet spot is B2B industrial and manufacturing companies with technical buyers and 6–18 month sales cycles — though the three verbs apply to any company whose buyers research, compare and wait for quotes. The Diagnostic is also where we tell you, honestly, if we are not the right fit.
Do you really understand the DACH market specifically?
We have a dedicated Head of Europe — Alex Reffel — who operates inside the DACH industrial ecosystem. German buyers require a different trust stack: technical credibility, long-term signals, and case-study proof. Our system is built with DACH buying behavior at its core, not adapted from it.
Which industries does Sell with Marketing serve?
Sell with Marketing serves industrial and manufacturing companies: contract manufacturing, industrial machinery and equipment, automotive and mobility supply, metal, plastics and materials, chemicals and process industry, energy and industrial services, industrial technology (Industry 4.0 and IIoT), agriculture and agribusiness, mining, and raw materials and commodities.
Where do you work, and in which languages?
Clients across seven countries on three continents. Offices in Mexico, the United States, Germany and Venezuela. Engagements run in English, Spanish and German.
You say “AI-native”. What does that mean for the work?
AI is our method, not our product. It is how software that used to take a year ships in weeks, and how a content operation runs at a scale a traditional team cannot touch. Every engagement has senior humans accountable for it — AI is why they move faster, not who you are talking to.
