B2B Marketing and Systems for Industrial Companies

Easier to find.
Easier to quote.
Easier to buy from.

Right now they're buying from someone easier to find, easier to get a quote from, easier to buy from. Not from someone better. We put your marketing and your systems in the same hands. So the easy one is you.

Bain & Company + Google · HBR, 2022
80%

of B2B buyers already have a shortlist before they open Google. That list wasn't built in a search bar — it was built through LinkedIn, industry content, and brand signals. Being easy to find is how you get on it.

Source: Bain & Company and Google, survey of 1,208 U.S. B2B buyers (Harvard Business Review, 2022) — 80–90% start with a day-one list of about three vendors, and roughly 90% buy from it. Industrial equipment was one of the categories surveyed.

The leak nobody measures

YOU KNOW DEALS ARE SLIPPING AWAY.
NOBODY HAS PUT A NUMBER ON IT.

Buyers are researching your category right now — on Google, on LinkedIn, and by asking an AI. Most of them shortlist a vendor before they ever talk to one. If reaching you takes more steps than reaching the other guy, the other guy gets the call. Standing still looks safe for one reason only: nobody has shown you what it costs per month. So the leak stays open — and it compounds.

How every engagement starts

EVERY DECISION HERE STARTS WITH
TWO NUMBERS.
What does it cost to be invisible on Google and in AI answers?

Do you know what it costs you that Google and the AI engines can’t see you?

What it costs you to not do marketing?

To not have a CRM — while every quote goes out late and every follow-up lives in someone’s memory?

Nobody runs those numbers, so standing still keeps looking like the safe option. Our work starts by calculating them with your own data: what standing still is costing you, and what fixing it costs. Two numbers. Everything else follows from them.

  • 104,000 of your buyers are sitting on page two.

Found in a real audit — financial-technology sector.

  • How many quotes went out this year with the margin miscalculated?

The question that led to a live-margin quoting system.

  • Nine out of ten payment attempts were being declined.

Found in a real e-commerce audit. Nobody had it on a dashboard.

The way in

IT STARTS WITH
THE DIAGNOSTIC.
What is the Diagnostic and what does it include?

Nobody enters through the middle. Every engagement starts with a Diagnostic, because everything else depends on what it finds.

What it includes

  • The complete Argos Method: 16 modules, with AI-answer visibility (AEO) as the highest-weighted domain
  • What the answer engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity — say about your category today
  • Where the sale is leaking, shown in your own data
  • The cost of standing still, calculated
  • Whether your operation can close what would come in
  • The plan: what gets fixed first, and in what order

The Diagnostic is paid work — and 100% of it is credited against the fix if you move within 90 days. You buy the plan once; act on it, and it ends up costing you nothing extra. Ask for the figure for your market.

Scan your domain

The Scan shows you where you are red. The Diagnostic tells you what that red is costing you, in your own numbers, and what to fix first. That is the difference between a machine and senior work.

How the work is organized

THREE VERBS. NOT FIVE SERVICES. B2B marketing and systems for industrial and manufacturing companies

Your buyer does not experience your org chart. They experience three moments — getting found, getting a quote, and getting to hire you — and they can lose you at any of them. Sell with Marketing builds and sustains the systems behind all three: web design and B2B e-commerce, custom software development, SEO and answer-engine content, corporate identity, inbound marketing and paid media. In English, Spanish and German.

  1. 01 Get Found Web design & e-commerce · SEO/AEO content · Inbound marketing · Corporate identity · Paid media Be found before they even search for you. Someone is researching what you sell without knowing you exist — searching, comparing, or asking an AI about your category. #1 on Google, as asked · ESCG
  2. 02 Get Quoted Custom software development · Quoting engines · CRM · Configurators · Integrations Answer fast, right, and profitably. They asked for a price and they're waiting. While they wait, someone else already answered. Excel → live margin · Beat Meetings
  3. 03 Get Hired E-commerce & checkout · Payments · Signature · Client files · Traceability Make saying yes frictionless. They already decided to buy from you — and something gets in the way between that decision and your bank account. 900 client files, zero incidents · ARCA

Before all three comes the Diagnostic. It decides which verb gets fixed first.

Juan Carlos Garavito

"We always knew our technology was world-class. What we lacked was a voice that matched it. Sell with Marketing helped us build that voice—from a fully restructured, multilingual website to a high-impact podcast and a B2B content engine across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook. The results? 200% more traffic, international visibility, and real inbound leads from across the Americas."

Before SWM, our store didn't exist online. Now it runs itself. They built our e-commerce from zero, figured out our SEO, and our Meta Ads just keep delivering — we're consistently hitting 5x return on every peso we invest. What I value most is that they actually understand our brand. They don't talk to us like a generic business. They talk to us like bikers.

QUESTIONS
WE HEAR FIRST.
Frequently asked questions about working with Sell with Marketing

We tried agencies before. What is different here?

Most agencies own your marketing while somebody else owns your systems — and the sale dies in the gap between them: the quote that took a week, the follow-up that never happened, the payment that bounced. We put both in the same hands. And instead of a catalog, the work is organized around the three moments where buyers actually lose you: getting found, getting quoted, getting hired.

Why is the Diagnostic paid?

Because it is the plan, not a sales call. It produces the two numbers every decision here stands on — what standing still costs you, and what fixing it costs — calculated in your own data, plus the order in which things get fixed. It is senior work, and it is priced like it. And 100% of it is credited against the fix if you move within 90 days: act on the plan, and the plan ends up costing you nothing extra.

What is the difference between the Express Scan and the Diagnostic?

The Scan is a machine: it checks your domain and paints a colour map — where you are green, amber or red on being found, quoted and hired. The Diagnostic is senior work on top of your real data: it puts a monthly figure on the red, tells you what it is costing you, and hands you the fix-first plan. Colours tell you where to look. Numbers tell you what to do.

Do you take responsibility for our sales?

We don't sell closing. We sell making closing easy. Every deliverable is a system — it exists or it doesn't, and you can verify it yourself. What we will do, inside the Diagnostic, is evaluate whether your operation can close what would come in: how fast requests get answered, who follows up, what happens when an oversized account lands. And if the process isn't ready, we design and build it. We build the process; we don't answer for your close rate — and we never charge a percentage on a result we have declared out of scope.

How long until we see real results?

Depends on the verb. Software ships in weeks — the 900-file system in our cases was in production within a month. Paid media reports from week one. Positions in Google and in AI answers are built: our best-documented climb to #1 took 14 months — which is exactly why that work runs on a retainer. A position is held, or it is lost.

How do you price?

Every proposal leads with the two numbers, in that order: what standing still costs you, then our price. We state the total commitment with its term — never a lonely monthly fee. Revision rounds and requests come with caps included, not billed per event. And no percentage on results declared out of scope.

Is SWM the right fit for our company?

Our sweet spot is B2B industrial and manufacturing companies with technical buyers and 6–18 month sales cycles — though the three verbs apply to any company whose buyers research, compare and wait for quotes. The Diagnostic is also where we tell you, honestly, if we are not the right fit.

Do you really understand the DACH market specifically?

We have a dedicated Head of Europe — Alex Reffel — who operates inside the DACH industrial ecosystem. German buyers require a different trust stack: technical credibility, long-term signals, and case-study proof. Our system is built with DACH buying behavior at its core, not adapted from it.

Which industries does Sell with Marketing serve?

Sell with Marketing serves industrial and manufacturing companies: contract manufacturing, industrial machinery and equipment, automotive and mobility supply, metal, plastics and materials, chemicals and process industry, energy and industrial services, industrial technology (Industry 4.0 and IIoT), agriculture and agribusiness, mining, and raw materials and commodities.

Where do you work, and in which languages?

Clients across seven countries on three continents. Offices in Mexico, the United States, Germany and Venezuela. Engagements run in English, Spanish and German.

You say “AI-native”. What does that mean for the work?

AI is our method, not our product. It is how software that used to take a year ships in weeks, and how a content operation runs at a scale a traditional team cannot touch. Every engagement has senior humans accountable for it — AI is why they move faster, not who you are talking to.
